Terms of Use

Agreement
By downloading or using Wird ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Religious content
Wird's prayer-time calculations and fiqh guidance are computed from published astronomical formulas and madhab rulings. They are provided as an aid, not a substitute for the guidance of a qualified scholar. Always defer to local moonsighting, local timekeeping, and your own scholarly judgement.
The Qur'an, hadith, and adhkar texts shipped with the app are presented in their original Arabic wording alongside scholar-reviewed translations. Wird does not modify, paraphrase, or re-interpret these texts.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we invest significant effort in the accuracy of prayer times and the qibla bearing, we do not warrant that the app is fault-free. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.
Subscriptions
Certain features of Wird may be offered through an optional subscription. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and are governed by Apple's subscription terms.
Respectful use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
